Unfortunatly I can't produce refunds due to the individulity of each piece. I ensure when selling a product that i show as many photots as possible so you get a true feel of what you would be receiving. My work is hand made with wire so doesnt produce a clean slick appearence so natural wire kinks are enevitable during the production stage. I will always ensure everything is packaged appropriatly for the piece to ensure no damage upon arival (My girls are pretty hardy given that they are made from steel but i beleive in treating them with the upmost respect they deserve ) i look forward to sending them to there new homes so will ensure they get to you safley.
